1.3 Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2.3 Temperature-Controlled Shipping
All peptides are shipped with cold packs to maintain optimal temperature during transit. For particularly sensitive products or extreme weather conditions, we may use insulated packaging or require expedited shipping at an additional cost.
3. International Orders
3.1 Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding regulations for importing research chemicals.
3.2 Customs Documentation
We provide all necessary customs documentation, including commercial invoices and certificates of analysis. Products are labeled as "Research Chemicals - Not for Human Consumption."
3.3 Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to certain countries due to regulatory restrictions. Restricted destinations include, but are not limited to, countries with import bans on research chemicals. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm we can ship to your location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through:
- USPS.com for USPS shipments
- FedEx.com for FedEx shipments
- The carrier's tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation
Please allow 24 hours after receiving tracking information for the carrier to update their system. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us with your order number.
5. Delivery Issues
5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered but were lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend:
- Providing a secure delivery address (institutional address preferred)
- Requiring signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable
5.2 Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier operational issues
- Customs processing and inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customer
- Holidays and peak shipping periods
5.3 Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement by contacting customer service. Once a package has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. You may contact the carrier directly to request address changes, though additional fees may apply.
6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, we have strict return policies to ensure product integrity and safety.
6.1 Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: Products damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
- Incorrect Products: Wrong products shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Purity Issues: Products that fail to meet stated purity specifications (requires independent third-party lab verification)
- Manufacturing Defects: Defective vials, contamination, or other manufacturing issues
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Products damaged due to mishandling by customer
- Custom or special-order items
- Products past 30 days from delivery date
- Products without proof of purchase
6.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Provide clear photographs showing the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect product, etc.)
- Wait for return authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back
- Ship product back in original, unopened condition with all original packaging
- Use trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment
6.4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued for the product cost only; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
6.5 Replacements
For damaged or incorrect items, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the return is authorized. Replacement orders are prioritized and typically ship within 1 business day.
7. Product Storage and Handling
Storage Instructions
Upon receiving your order, follow these guidelines to maintain product integrity:
- Inspect package immediately upon delivery
- Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C (-4°F) or colder
- Keep products in original sealed vials until use
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
- Protect from light and moisture
8. Order Cancellations
8.1 Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer service. If cancellation is approved before processing, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
8.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow the return process outlined above if eligible.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not refuse the package - accept delivery and inspect contents
- Photograph all damage (outer box, inner packaging, product vials)
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order number
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if needed
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve damage claims and provide replacement products as needed.
