3. Product Information and Use

3.1 Research Use Only

All products sold through our Service are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research purposes. Products are NOT intended for:

• Human consumption or administration
• Veterinary use or animal administration
• Clinical diagnostic procedures
• Food, drug, cosmetic, or household use
• Any therapeutic or diagnostic application

3.2 Product Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. While we strive to provide products with stated purity levels (typically 99%+), peptide stability and purity may be affected by storage conditions, handling, and time. Third-party lab verification is provided when available, but results are for informational purposes only.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Inaccurate pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added to your order total.

4.3 Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment must be received in full before order fulfillment. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping policies, delivery times, and associated fees are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting packages upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are only accepted for:

• Products damaged during shipping (reported within 48 hours)
• Incorrect products shipped (reported within 48 hours)
• Products with verified purity defects (with independent lab verification)

All return requests must be submitted through our customer service system. Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and product descriptions, is the property of PurePeptideHub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any party or jurisdiction where such service would violate applicable laws.
